Your dedicated service team is assigned
to provide support as follows:
• Conduct ongoing benefit support to
educate and assist employees on utilizing their employee benefit
plans.
• Educate employees in claims resolution and benefits related
problems.
• Assist Human Resources in the resolution of billing, claims and
administrative issues.
• Develop a comprehensive employee benefit survey to identify and
evaluate your current benefit program.
• Analyze the results of the survey to determine appropriate plan
modifications or changes.
• Facilitate training sessions to assist your supervisors in understanding
the benefit program offered to their employees.
• Depending on group size - conduct semi-annual employee Q&A
with various carriers
